With tables of names of people, names of places, and chapters. 1908. Preceded by an Introduction by the author, paginated vi-xiv. First edition. With 4 plates outside the text. Scattered foxing in the margins, and on the edges, more marked at the very beginning and very end of the volume. Otherwise clean and superior. Rubbed corners and fields, a slightly trimmed corner of the head. Clean covers, one rubbing on the cover. Spine in very good condition, some light rubbing on the headcap, tail and on a raised band. Beautiful copy, very firm.
