General conditions of sale

These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by Mr. DELANNOY GREGORY, manager of the company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS, whose registered office is located at 31, rue BRULOIS CHEVALIER 62232 VENDIN-LES-BETHUNE FRANCE registered in the Trade and Companies Register of ARRAS under number 48533700000031 and managing the site LIVRES ENTRE 2 ACTIONS, https://www.livresentre2actions.fr, hereinafter referred to as “ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS” and, on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website https://www.livresentre2actions.fr hereinafter referred to as “the buyer”.

Subject

These conditions of sale aim to define the contractual relations between ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website https://www.livresentre2actions.fr. The acquisition of a product through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing his order. 

The company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS reserves the right to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

Products

The products offered are those which appear on the site https://www.livresentre2actions.fr from the company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS while stocks last.The company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description including its main technical characteristics (title, author, description, condition, publication date, etc.). The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the seller in any way. The sale of the products presented on the site https://www.livresentre2actions.fr is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

Prices

The prices listed on the product sheets of the online catalog are prices in Euros (€) including all taxes (TTC) taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be reflected in the price of the products. Order and payment terms

When placing the first order, the buyer is required to create an account on the website https://www.livresentre2actions.fr. The account is created automatically during checkout and is accessible directly from the site header. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), must identify himself using this information. The company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS offers the buyer to order and pay for their products in several stages, with 3 payment options to choose from:

– Payment by check: the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the "basket", modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: "Payment by check". Finally, the last step asks him to check all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invites him to validate his order by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button. This last click constitutes the definitive conclusion of the contract. Upon validation, the buyer receives a purchase order confirming the registration of his order. In order to finalize his payment and trigger the processing of his order, the buyer must print this purchase order, accompanied by his check made out to " Entre 2 actions " at the following address : ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS, 31 Brulois Chevalier 62232 VENDIN-LES-BETHUNE. No cash payment should be sent. Only checks issued by a French bank will be accepted. Upon receipt of the check, the order will be processed and the buyer will be informed by email. The company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS will ship the products at the earliest 2 working days after receipt of the check corresponding to the order, subject to provisions.

– Secure payment by Paypal or credit card (via the PAYPALsystem): the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: “Payment by Paypal”. The next step is to check all the information, read and accept these general terms and conditions of sale by checking the corresponding box, then invite him to validate his order by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button. Finally, the buyer is redirected to the secure interface PAYPAL in order to securely enter his Paypal or personal credit card account details. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and the contract is definitively formed. Payment by Paypal accountor by credit card is irrevocable.

The confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, the acknowledgement of having full knowledge of them and the waiver of the right to rely on one's own conditions of purchase. All data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it on their order form, the company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS will send them an email confirming that their order has been recorded.

Retention of title

The company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONSretains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, including costs and taxes.

Retraction

Under Article L121-20 of the french Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

The return is therefore made at the buyer's expense with all the care necessary to return the item(s) in their initial condition when ordered; which requires great care in their packaging (cardboard, bubble wrap, etc.). It is on this condition that the order will be fully refunded. Otherwise, and depending on the damage suffered by the item(s), we reserve the right to keep all or part of the amount of the initial order. The full refund will therefore be made after receipt of the return of the order, and after verification and approval of the condition of the item(s).

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by La Poste via COLISSIMO, a delivery service with tracking. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. The company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS may provide the buyer with the tracking number of their package by email. The buyer is delivered to their home. The risks related to transport are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of the company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS. The purchaser is required to check in the presence of the postal worker or the delivery person, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

Warranty

All products supplied by the company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONSbenefit from the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company ENTRE DEUX ACTIONS which will take it back, exchange it or refund it. Dispute Resolution

These conditions of distance selling are subject to French law. For all disputes or litigation, the competent Court will be that of Arras.
